Our cutting section features a combination of manual and automated solutions. KM straight knife machines ensure accuracy, while CAD/CAM systems from Winda streamline production. Advanced software like Lectra and Gerber helps in precise pattern development and fabric optimization.

Finishing Department
Brands Used: Nisho | MKS | Original Iron Set | Fusing – Hashima
Our finishing area is equipped with professional steam and heat equipment from Original. For snap button Nisho, MKS, and We also use Hashima fusing machines for consistent bonding of interlinings, ensuring shape retention and garment durability.

Quality Control & Needle Detection
Brand Used: Hashima
To meet global compliance and safety standards, we use Hashima needle detectors for 100% metal-free assurance. Rigorous in-line and final quality inspections are conducted to maintain defect-free garment delivery.
